  1. I assume you are using the latest version (0.4.0)?
  2. I'll continue on this tomorrow...
  3. My one workspace no longer has keyboard shortcuts, and my other does.

In Eclipse, I go to Window->Preferences->Keys, and the custom macro I created shows up under "Command" with the name with which I saved the custom macro.
