I found Dynagen at this SourceForge site or you can just download the GNS3 sources containing Dynamips and get Dynagen from that distro. In GNS make sure you have the check box for "Launch this command using the system default shell" option checked!! I have also tried to manually extract the IOS and use that and still no good. Now…this may not work as Telnet client may not be installed:The fix for this is easy as long as you are an administrator; see Microsoft's post on enabling Telnet
