This very website says to do that. You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself. I've tried every fix I could find. If I didn't reply to you within 48 hours, please send me a PM.

As I said, safe mode does not solve the problem. These videos play fine in internet explorer, but not in Firefox.
