I didn't think to try resetting network settings because I'm not having any wifi or cell signal issues, just the email issue. Now that I'm thinking about it, the problem could indeed be the aforementioned. The one you want is the ActiveSync server, sometimes called "oma.yourcompany.com" since it's mainly used for Outlook Mobile on Windows Mobile devices. You may need a special password or need to request authorization from your email provider to send and receive email on your device. The part of your email address after the "@" sign is called a domain name, as is the first part of your web page URL.
