you know what i did to fix it? It's possible that dust or lint inside the drive is preventing automatic disc ejections. If the Mac is out of warranty you can try fixing it yourself provided that the problem is related to a gunked-up lens. have a peek here I have tried every work around I could think of or was suggested.
