The public mail exchanger (MX) resource record configured on your public Domain Name System (DNS) service should be accessible to all other Internet domains. Exchange sends mails using DNS and port 25 for SMTP. Just checked and I can now access the web interface on the ip address they gave me, so guess exchange must have to have an open 25 in from the internet.
